We pride ourselves on giving the finest service and attention to our customers needs. Therefore, we stand behind the quality of our products. Regular priced Eljo’s merchandise may be returned within 21 days of purchase, no exceptions.
Items that are not returnable are:
- bow tie and cummerbund sets
- bow ties
- special orders
- jewelry (including studs and cuff links, belt buckles or any engraved items)
- items that have been altered
- items that smell like smoke
- items that have been worn
Sale merchandise may be returned within seven days with proof of purchase and a store credit will be given. No cash will be given back, no exceptions. If an item is defective, we will return it to the manufacturer for inspection. If it is deemed defective at the fault of the manufacturer we will issue you a full credit, or replace the item in question.
Special order shoes — shoes from Alden, Sperry, Allen Edmonds, Cole-Haan, Private Label footwear and Filson that we do not stock in the store — are returnable within seven days of purchase and will be assessed a 10% restocking fee and cost of shipping both ways. If there is any evidence of scuff marks, discoloration or damage in any way the shoes may not be returned under any circumstance. For example, a $350 pair of Alden shoes would be assessed $35 restocking + the cost of shipping (Typically $30).
